Wirelessly Connect to TV
- Your device must be on the UTGR wireless network. If you are a visiting professor without Regent staff credentials you can email [email protected] for a temporary login in advance.
- Turn on the TV using the remote or the button under the TV bottom right
- (MacOS/iOS) Click screen mirroring. It is usually found on the top right of your screen and in System Preferences under Displays. For more info go to Apple and scroll down to "Set up video mirroring". See below screenshot. Click on "Upper Admin".
- (PC) Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth & other devices -> Add Bluetooth or other device ("+" button) -> Wireless display or dock. Click on "Upper Admin"

- No "Upper Admin" to choose from? See troubleshooting below.

- Turn on the TV using the remote or the button under the TV bottom right
- Plug in your computer using the long HDMI cable hanging on the back of the TV stand.
- Switch the TV input to HDMI 2 using the remote.

- The attached mini-computer should wake up by moving the mouse or pressing the spacebar on the keyboard. It should already be logged in. If not simply reboot it by clicking on the bottom right power icon and click "restart".
- If you need access to your documents you can logout and back in using your staff credentials - the same way you login to other computers
- You can start a webconference using Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/. You can choose either the Logitech webcam microphone, or the microphones built into the mini-computer.

- Mini-computer
- The computer should wake up by moving the mouse or pressing the spacebar on the keyboard. It should already be logged in. If not simply reboot it by clicking on the bottom right power icon and click "restart".
- If the computer is not on (no blue light) make sure the powerbar at the back of the cart is plugged into the wall and the red light is on. Turn on the computer by pressing the power button on the front. Make sure all the cables are securely attached.
- If the computer is on but nothing shows on the TV please change the input to HDMI 1 using the TV remote.
- If the mouse/keyboard does not work please get new AA batteries from Reception.
- Reflector 3 is what allows wireless connection to the mini-computer. If Reflector 3 is not running (you should see a window open) please double-click its icon on the desktop
- If there is no Internet access make sure the ethernet cable is plugged into the wall and the back of the mini-computer. Wireless connection is not enough for Reflector 3 to work.
- TV
- If the TV will not turn on make sure the powerbar at the back of the cart is plugged into the wall and the red light is on.
- If the remote does not turn on the TV please try the button under the TV on the right side. Please get new batteries from Reception.
