Connecting to the Projector
Using the Chapel requires a 2-hour training session with Regent IT. Email [email protected] to book a session. Using the Chapel without proper training is not allowed.

- Turn on the projector (see Using the Projector Remote)
- On the Muxlabs video switcher, press the "Projector" button until #2 is highlighted
- Once you are done please change the "Projector" button back to #1
- Plug your computer into the podium’s HDMI port.
- There should be two HDMI cables (short and long) in the podium storage slot. There is a third HDMI cable (50 feet) in the sound room. It is not bi-directional. The end labelled "source" must be plugged into your computer.
- If you need a display adapter, please check the battery shelf in the AV room. There is display port to HDMI and USB-C to HDMI. Otherwise ask for one at Reception. If Reception is closed, please ask Facilities instead.
- Open your computer’s display settings to enable screen mirroring. Your display should now be mirrored! [See image below]

- Plug your computer into the HDMI cable on the sound desk labelled "Laptop HDMI"
- On the Muxlabs video switcher, press the "Projector" button until #4 is highlighted
- Once you are done please change the "Projector" button back to #1
